  3. Click on the button labeled "Open A New Ticket"  and fill in the required information
  4. Submit your ticket request
  5. You will receive a Ticket number in your mailbox

 

Follow this simple procedure to check on your Ticket Status

  4. Enter your email address and the ticket number you were assigned upon request

Today, we are delighted to let you know that the new Wialon app is officially out and available for downloading (or updating if you already have the app on your device). Before the release, the new version came through a bit of a journey. We launched the open beta-testing of the new Wialon app several months ago and received a great amount of valuable feedback which we are extremely grateful for. Wialon app 2.0 is not just an update, it was tested by hundreds of Gurtam partners and renewed to make it an effective monitoring tool for fleet owners.
